If I can not get a visa to come to Canada , can I get my money back? If you complete the registration and make the application to the Canadian embassy in your country, but can not get a visa, then you can have a full refund of all fees minus $200 or 25% of all fees, whichever is less. Please refer to our refund policy Very Important: Before you can get the refund you have to send us the copy of the rejection letter that you received from the embassy so we can officially close your file. If I have to cancel my program before I start, can I get a refund? If you cancel your enrolment for personal reasons, the amount of the refund that you will receive will depend on how close you are to the start of your program. You should be very sure of your plans before registering and making payment. Can I get a refund if I cancel my program after I have started studying?
